When individuality is dissolved, duality ceases. There is no one to attribute. There is no one to address. There is no one to think and there is no one to impose that thinking. What remains is only the Self. This realization can only be experienced not expressed.
When a car moves, if you are stuck at the form level then you will only see the car moving which is purely knowledge level. However, if you disregard form, and delve deep then you will realize that it is the functioning of the engine within which propels the movement of car. This engine is the eternal Self existent element in all of us. Forms are mere carriers and temporary. Maharaj beautifully mentions it as "functioning in consciousness".
