EGO

Dear  Brothers and sisters,

Swami has said - " People say " I want Peace". If you remove I (EGO), and your want (desire), you are left with peace".

While there are few more posts still remaining for us to complete the current theme " SURRENDER", I would like each one of you to revert with what you basically understand about this word " EGO"?

How many times you have come across any one exhibiting what you think as EGO or How many times you have yourself exhibited or manifested what you think as EGO?

I REQUEST ALL OF YOU TO REVERT WITH YOUR ANSWERS, YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING OF THIS " EGO", HOW IT AFFECTS ONE'S PEACE AS SWAMI HAS SAID , HOW EGO AFFECTS SPIRITUAL SADHANA!!

Yes, you might have guessed by now. Our next theme is EGO, about which we will deal in great detail as we have been dealing other theme so far.

But your answers, how so ever simple  they may be, may help me to add few more things in my posts to clarify, to address to your conception/ misconception of EGO, when I get your answers.

You do not have to feel hesitant to revert with answers. When you click " comment" below this post, please go through, there is an option for you to answer as " anonymous" also. So, no one will identify you in that case.

Please take the IPAD/ PHONE/LAPTOP, give some time and revert with your answer soon.

Even if I get some 10 answers, it will help me in addressing to any thing that I feel has to be answered, when I go through your reply!

Surrender - Part 18

Supreme love for God & His creation, creation - experiencing unity in creation
Few lines from previous posts are repeated here, to bring about the essence of “Loving all spontaneously, once you exist as love yourself”:

I AM THINE/ YOU ARE MINE/ I AM THAT POST

Hanuman’s state when existing as Atman

"Thwamevaaham ithi thridhaa"; this is the Avibhaktha-Bhakthi, the inseparable devotion. The devotee offers all to the Lord, including himself, for he feels that he cannot withhold himself.

So long as the consciousness of the Deha or body persists, the bhaktha is the servant and the Lord is the Master. So long as the individual feels that he is separate from other individuals, the bhaktha is a part and the Lord is the Whole.

When he progresses to the State when he gets beyond the limits of the body as well as of 'I' and 'Mine', then there is no more distinction.

(Essence- With no distinction between him, God and the created, everything is Love and nothing else)

LOVE IS GOD POST

The only object, God- has now become the only subject - the devotee and the difference between the subject and object has now ceased.

Now and hereafter, there is no separate eye available for the devotee to see any object. All objects have ceased to exist and now, the eye of the devotee is and can only be the eye of eye, the eye of Lord “Nayan Nayan Mein Sai Aum”.

(When one loses one’s little eye of ego, when Lord’s eye is his eye, can he see the creation in any way other than the way in which Sai would see the sea of humanity seated in the Sai Kulwant hall when Lord comes floating in?? How will the love of the one be, in whom, Lord has merged or one who has merged in Lord?

Essence- (Is there anything more to be explained about how such a being sees the world as subject/as Divine/as pure as he himself has become after merging in God’s love and existing as LOVE DIVINE?)

POST EXPLAINING - LOVE ALL SERVE ALL

Essence-(Since the fountain head of Divine love is filled inside and one has thus reached the source through the journey WITHIN, one emerges back into the wide open world and the LOVE ALL SERVE ALL happens spontaneously, without even a thought of loving or serving all. Thus, when you have discovered that you are the reservoir of LOVE yourself, whatever manifests from you can only be what you are or what you have discovered yourself to be- LOVE.)

Love.
