God / the Guru is always waiting

Divyatman,

Human beings always live with a misconceived notion that it is impossible to get God's guidance or a Guru in physical form to provide ready guidance in the spiritual path.

In this notion, several births are wasted.

On the contrary, we have to be convinced about the goal. Once we are convinced about the purpose of our birth and are sincere to find a master to guide us,  we will find that the master is just there, at our door step, ready to hold our hand and teach us the Brahma Jnana.

In the path of Jnana, the spiritual seeker has to necessarily complete the 4 qualifications, known as sadhana chatushtaya, and once he completes this  4 qualifications, then the super abundance of God consciousness just envelops him and he finds the preceptor, the Guru, then and there.

1) Viveka-  Discrimination between right and wrong.

2)Vairagya- Dispassion towards wrong, after one has discriminated between right and wrong.

3) Shad sampath- 6 virtuous qualities which can be covered later on, If Swami wills.

4)Mumukshatva- Intense craving for Attaining God/ liberation.

If a seeker qualifies in the above four, the divine law of nature acts in a way that the seeker gets a guru and then steadily progresses towards the goal. It  has to happen!.

This is satyam, truth. Our shrutis proclaim this and  realized masters 's life stands testimony for the above.

  1. Fortunate enough that in this present birth, a Guru in the physical form of Br. Satyamurthy, the author of this blog was graced to me to initiate, implement and internalize the journey of Sadhana to discover the Source from within. Discovery still is in progress though …

Since 2011, the journey within commenced and is still progressing under the ever compassionate monitoring of my Guru. It was 100% belief, faith and adoration that lead me to surrender to Him and the rest was undertaken by Him completely. I took the ticket and boarded the journey without any thoughts of how the journey would be, who would be accompanying me, what would be the impediments, etc. It was all left to the Guru and it was only one thing which was set and that was to go by what my Guru lays for me.

He took me to His bosom, chiseled, moulded, carved so as to render me pure and serene to take up the journey in all reverence. The conviction was filled and fueled by very subtle words from my Guru which allowed me to settle in this process quite easily.

It could have been difficult, had mind shown prominence but lucky enough, that the first thing which was surrendered was the mind, may not be completely but to the extent required at that moment.

Rest then followed and flowed and glided with my Guru. The plethora of sessions and subjective experiences not only paved way for me to travel but travel in the right direction.

I would urge each one of you to get into these profound messages. The vivid explanations are churned out of His own experiences which would be difficult for us to decipher if we were to contemplate or read through. The examples, the flow charts, the analogies flow from the Source of which we are the speck. I am confident that if you too keep aside your mind for sometime or give it to a Guru like mine, you would experience those subjective experiences yourself as Yourself.
